I have another new Racer Brown STX-21 solid flat tappet small block cam. I bought several of these for bracket racing. I am no longer racing so this cam is up for sale. Specs with 1.5 ratio rockers are 560" lift and 272 degrees of duration at 0.050" lift intake and exhaust. LSA is 105 degrees...

I have seen shops straighten cranks like that also. A wack or two of a mallet.

I have not seen a rating for these rods and I do not have a Childs & Alberts catalogue. I Beams are typically stronger than H-Beam and Howards I-Beam rods I looked at were rated at 1,000 HP and others like Oliver are rated higher.

Looks like the Hughes rockers in post #20 may have labeled a 1.5 ratio rocker as a 1.6 ratio rocker. You can see the rocker on the left has the adjuster more forward than the adjuster on the right. To get the 1.6 ratio, the adjuster is moved closer to the center of the shaft. Either way...

I usually add 0.030” lift more than I need when order a cam so I get around what I want for the final post geometry influenced lift.

Pistons may also be an issue aside from the main journal issue mentioned above. 340 stock bore is 4.04” so it starts 0.040” bigger than a 360 stock bore of 4.00”. What bore size does your 340 need to be and how does that compare to the piston size in the 360 kit? They are likely too small.
