[FOR SALE] Small Block I Beam Connecting Rods by Childs & Albert - New

I have a new set of forged I beam connecting rods by Childs & Albert in the original box. American made in the 1990’s. Part number is 340-15B-2. Center to center length is 6.125”. Big end is for rod journals of 2.125” and small end is for pins of 0.927”. Weight per rod is ~ 685 grams. See spec card in the pictures.

These are very stout rods, suitable for a high horsepower build.

Price is $850 shipped in the lower 48 states. I will ship to other locations for the added cost.

Any idea on the hp rating

I have not seen a rating for these rods and I do not have a Childs & Alberts catalogue. I Beams are typically stronger than H-Beam and Howards I-Beam rods I looked at were rated at 1,000 HP and others like Oliver are rated higher.
