Same thing said about scrapple. Most people eat it cooked . Maybe add salt and or pepper. Some put Ketchup on it. I do at times. Some put grape Jelly. Not me.

Spam you can put on a shelf for God knows how long, preservatives. It's good I eat it at times. Scrapple has to be refrigerated till you cook it.
