    [SOLD] 1966 Plymouth Valiant

7 1/4 rear end? 9" or 10" drums front and back?

    [SOLD] 1966 Plymouth Valiant

Just curious. What brakes (kh disc or drums), diff, and gearing are on the car? I'm assuming the car hasn't been upgraded to big bolt pattern.

2023 FABO Meet-N-Greet MoPars in the Park Show June 3rd Stillwater MN

Was that the green 318 Challenger? I really liked that car. I thought it would be a perfect cruiser. Unfortunately, I don't have the funds to take it on. I picked up the information just in case something changes in the future.

2023 FABO Meet-N-Greet MoPars in the Park Show June 3rd Stillwater MN

This was our first time going. Overall a pretty good event. We liked there was a kids area for our son to run around in. Maybe next year I'll bring my Dart.

My wife and I have other plans for today. But we'll be walking around the show tomorrow.

    Mopar's in the Park

Looks like I'll be able to make it this year as a spectator. I'll most likely bring the family on Sunday. I'm going to leave the Dart at home, though.

[FOR SALE] March Performance 10271 3-Groove Crank Pulley

I have a pretty much brand new March Performance 10271 crank pulley for sale. I literally opened the box, held it next to my existing crank pulley, and realized it didn't fit. It's never been bolted to a car. I am outside of my return window. Part is located near the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I...

    MuuMuu101's 68 Dart, A Learning Process...

Just for fun, I decided to open the box that had my new crank pulley in it and it's for the wrong application completely. It wouldn't work. So, I just ordered a smaller alternator pulley for my Powermaster Alternator and hopefully that will be enough to charge the Dart. My current pulley OD is...

2022 FABO Meet-N-Greet MoPars in the Park Show Stillwater Minnesota

Do they allow you to pay at the gate to get in? I tried signing up for the show online and it wasn't quite working. I would love to meet everyone.

    MuuMuu101's 68 Dart, A Learning Process...

Yeah, the house I bought has been a fixer upper so it's been taking all my energy and funds. There are a lot of "comfort repairs" I need to make so that I can enjoy it more. I have a "charging issue" right now that makes it difficult to drive the car. I have a new high output alternator...

    MuuMuu101's 68 Dart, A Learning Process...

Wow, it's been a year since I updated this. Well, not much of an update on the Dart itself. I had a kid and moved across country so, that's why I haven't done much with the car. It's pretty much the same. I drive it once a month on the freeway. The car needs some TLC & "updating." I'm not sure...

    Mopars in the Park 2022

I just moved to the area and I would like to bring my Dart. When/where is the FABO meet-up typically held?

    Electric Conversion input

The point I was making was using OEM Tesla computers, wiring harnesses, and stuff to do an EV conversion is significantly harder than going with an Aftermarket setup (like Stealth EV or EV West) to use a Tesla motor in an EV swap.

    18's with 275s on a Duster

I would like to make a note. Not all 275mm tires are the same width. A lot of the 200TW tires that have come out in the past year or so are actually wider (by approx. 10mm) than their predecessor's at the same size. While they are wider, most tires aren't taller for the same size. Notice the...

    Electric Conversion input

From what I understand, it will be an absolute nightmare. Mechanically, Tesla's are simple, but their computers are complex. I feel like there are a lot easier ways of doing an EV swap. I'd probably start with a 9" diameter or greater forklift motor and connect it to a manual transmission. If...

66 Plymouth Valiant/ Barracuda fiberglass parts!?

Are you bonding studs to the back side or do you have to drill bolts through it?

66 Plymouth Valiant/ Barracuda fiberglass parts!?

I haven't seen many pictures of Mopar fiberglass parts. What kind of mounting hardware is provided for the bumpers?

    MuuMuu101's 68 Dart, A Learning Process...

My tires end up rubbing on the wheel wells before I bottom out the differential. But it usually only happens when I have someone in the car. I have an extra set of stiffer, AFCO leaf springs I have been meaning to install. The Hotchkis ones are just a little too soft. My car is also a little bit...

    MuuMuu101's 68 Dart, A Learning Process...

I don't have too much to update on. I've been having issues with my 3D printer that I've been troubleshooting for a week, so I haven't been able to print out a couple more block-off plates. I worked with the digital dash assembly I had and was able to fix the odometer so now I'm reading and...

    18x9.5 +12

My only problem with a 265/35/18 is that it's about 3/4" shorter in diameter and my car is already low. If you look at the new tires coming out, they all seem to be coming out wider for the same size. For instance, compare the section width of a 275/35/18 for both a Falken 615K+ (10.8") and an...

    18x9.5 +12

It's pretty obvious that in the rear I wouldn't be able to fit more than a 275. The front on a +12 wheel surprised me. I didn't figure that a fender roller would stretch the fender out that much. Although, my car is pretty low as is. I'm thinking about upgrading at least tires in the near...

    18x9.5 +12

I'm still perplexed how you fit that much tire under there. I have to find someone who has a fender roller or buy one for myself. I'm scratching my head how I'm going to get 265/35/R18's under my Dart.

    1967 dodge dart instrument panel

I couldn't find any so I bought a universal gauge panel from Intellitronix, 3D printed a mounting cluster in 4 pieces and had a shop glue and install it in my Dart. The 3D printed parts aren't the prettiest but it looks cool and works...

    MuuMuu101's 68 Dart, A Learning Process...

I tried taking an old suction cup cellphone holder and tried incorporating it into a block-off plate. After 3 failed 3D printing attempts I gave up and just decided to make it a standard block-off plate. I'm happy with how it turned out. Now to design a couple more block off plates.

Thank you! I'm trying to get the Dart to be as reliable as possible. At least it's running and driving. Whenever I have time and energy, I'd like to take one of my original Dart seats and place it in the back for a baby seat. Shhhhhhhhh... Don't tell. Here's a $5. Thank you! He's a crazy...

    MuuMuu101's 68 Dart, A Learning Process...

Not too much of an update. Back to doing a lot of OT at work. Drove the Dart approx. 30 miles today to get gas, drive through the local canyons, and pick up groceries. I've been 3D printing some block-out plate/cell phone holder for the dash. I'm on my 3rd iteration of the print trying to get...
