    1972 360 Balancer with 1967 273 Timing Cover

you're going to have to get creative with the pulley spacing because the dampener is thicker. you'll also need to elongate one of the holes to make the crank pulley work. the smarter/easier play is to find 360 pulleys that match what you're trying to do-- ie ac/no ac, ps, double belt on the...

Dash lights will not turn off!! 72 dart

Thanks for the reply, I've got the high charging fixed but I'll go through and check everything out too, it was something faulty on the alternator I took a multimeter and the stud on the alternator was 18.2 volts jumped over 19v at 1 point too, but I'll have to check the grounds for the dash for...

    F**K YOU CHINESE MADE JUNK

This thermostat is not that type, taking a smidge off the edge will be fine. Also I may cut the recess a little bit bigger which is not a hard job to do, but it so sure does suck when I have to fix new parts. Maybe with lots of RTV lol. It's really bad, that why I'm replacing it. Edelbrock...

Dash lights will not turn off!! 72 dart

Your high charging could be a dirty or bad buklhead connrctor and the dash lights could be a bad ground that's what i would check first .

[FOR SALE] Comp Cams K20-224-4 complete top end kit

This kit is still available. The TTI headers were sold to another member that jumped in on my for sale/trade ad before I could obtain all the information on the headers. God bless them as they must need them worse than I do.

Found my dads original 1971 duster!

Yes, that engine ground is pointless, it should go directly to a hole on the firewall, and yes it and the headlight ground must be to bare metal.

    Overheating at idle

OP, this was answered correctly in post 9. You need to over drive the water pump. And the fan. Low speed cooling issues are usually a water/air issue. If CVF has a 20% over driven pulley set please post up the part number. I’m at 6% over right now but I would gladly go 20 over.

How important is 1psi of fuel pressure?

That’s not 1psi. That’s upwards of 60-80psi. SN: I ended up leaving it and it works fine.

Dash lights will not turn off!! 72 dart

Got a weird 1, been having lots of issues with oriellys alternators been through 4 because they are junk the last 1 jumped up to 18.2 volts at 1 point on my voltage gauge and maxed out the alternator gauge on the dash, switched over to autozone alternators no problem so far but now my dash...

    64 - 66 Barracuda Spear trim repair

64-65 is made of stainless. If you repair the aluminum then it has to be recoated with anodize. I put the stainless on my 66 and they look good. Any hiccup is the tabs on the tail lights need to be ground down 1/8” as the stainless is 1/8” narrower.

    Narrowed 8 3/4 questions

Those are the same measurements I linked in the other thread earlier. I’ve been posting those measurements for over 10 years now. The backing plates themselves are ~1” larger in diameter than the brake diameter, so 11” brakes have ~12” diameter backing plates (outside to outside on the plate)...
