Just ordered shock plates u bolts and new shock studs took my axles to have redrilled hope i can finally get this project finished

My 8 3/4 has a 391 the 8 1/4 I think was a 291 it was out of a 6 cyl auto car for me it was geared to high so instead of changing gears I just bought the 8 3/4 I picked up a 9 1/4 from a Cordoba cost was to high for cut down and new axles

I'm running a 360 with a few up grades nuttin crazy I'm a small block cat love the small motors

It's a LA motor and the trans is a 727 I know the magnum and and LA is opposite of one another just can't remember which one is eternally and whish is externally balanced just got done pulling my doner chunk for my 83\4 rear end going to clean it up tomorrow and check my axle bearing's the tag...

The motor I'm putting these on has a small can the guy who built the motor kept asking what kind of carb and intake I was going to run he said he would tell the can grinder at launity to grind it to match

Do you think them heads will work OK on my 360 I know they have been ported and polished by Mopar I'm running headers and a four barrel carb I'm pretty sure its a 600 edelbrock

My car started out a 6 cyl car with drum brakes now its a v 8 car with disc brakes it great to give these old car a better life nothing beats a good ole Mopar

How's the swap going?

It might be a good idea to check your tie rod ends and etc.when when doing this swap ,I done this swap on a dart swinger sometimes its hard to fi d the discbrake spindles,get plenty of p b blaster and a good tuning fork

I know it don't look like much but has new floor pans manual steering box and v8 kframe and front disc brakes
