Thanks for the great info! My dodge dart has a circuit board with twist in bulb holders, with out any screw. Do you think soldering a ground wire next to each bulb would do the trick or am I asking for problems by screwing up the bvoard?

Matthon..........how did you ground each light? where did you run wire to?

Anybody have any ideas? Re-did instrument cluster.......the 2 lights that illuminate speedo area will not light. Put new bulbs checked for little clips to make contact on circuit board. tester shows power to on grid, but no ground circuit showing. Does cluster have to be mounted to dash to make...

i got that the 4 screws go towards the door.....how does it connect to the dash frame? ive tried every possible way ,but the door does not line up in the right place. I have been in heater control and radio hell for 2 days and should step back before i start throwing things out of the garage. HA!

for 73 swinger, can anybody tell me should I stay with shaft style radio or can a radio be mounted in the big gap behind the center panel? Any tips on radio selection would be greatly appreciated!

hi guys...........so I finally figured it out! Large hole on bracket goes onto threaded stud next to dash vent and small hole goes onto heater control with sheet metal screw. WHEWWWWW!!!!!!!! onto final assembly and first street trial.

I am ready to relace heater control on 73 swinger.....cant remember which way the bracket mounts onto the control, and where is the screw hole under the dash to mount the other end of the bracket,.....911.....911 this is holding me up from reinstalling the rest of the dash as i am in the final...

no glue is used on the abs headliner...........only had to used glue on sails to wrap excess material around plastic board.

any tips on repairing upper and lower hinges on 73 2 door swinger? what size drill do you use....smaller than bushing , so that you have to press it in or loose? thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

i used a abs plastic headliner to replace my cardboard type. Hardest part was getting started and finding screws for sun visors. Sails went in real easy. did not have to trim anything........headliner came from Acme Headlining in CA...sold by lots of dealers....I paid 209. which included sails...

I used the ABS headliner because I did not want to purchase the bows to put up the fabric headliner. The headliner in my dart was made of thick cardboard, which does not use bows. I bought my headliner from Jims auto in NH, 209.00 with the sails. All made by the same company in CA(Acme ),just...

kudos to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had 3 people helping to hold up my abs headliner and 3 hours later I was still looking for the visor screw holes! A week later and AHHHHHHHHHH...it is beautiful. as someone said..If it was easy, everyone would own a Mopar!

any tips for installing new abs headliner on 2 door dart? It looks like there is no ledge or hooks to hold rear in place while replacing trim along sides and rear. what goes up first, sailboards or hedliner? how do those plastic anchors on sailboard work?
