    Turbo oil drain location

I have not looked. Is it practical in the timing cover?

    SUSPENSION GOT ME BEAT.

Yes, it can be challenging at times, but after doing it about a dozen times, I'm probably unable to explain how it's done. A decent shop manual or 2, I have a 65 and 69 from before YouTube, Google is an excellent source. Usually when I'm ready to do a project I hit the little magnifying glass in...

Yeah... it's on the escalation scale that begins at Chuck-E-Cheese and ends at Sizzler

Turn Signals - Driving me nuts!

I would check it out. Wiggle the TS switch, shake and wiggle the lamps in their sockets, etc, and actuate everything several times. By the way a jerry rigged mirror on some sort of stand can be very helpful so you can see the lights from the driver's area

Did your wife tell you that mine did and it wasn't the wallet. I told you she doesn't pull any punches, but red heads are that way. well she's silverish white now. lol

Turn Signals - Driving me nuts!

I get your point but.............. You are assuming. For all we know both dash lamps are burned out. It is easier to troubleshoot the major problem and then worry about the small stuff Since the dash lamps are/ can be difficult to access, fix the signals and then.......

Here you go, Piston area and force.

yea that, but you won't find many 500 ci big blocks competing with a Brett Miller prepped 422 or 440 W8 engine. The gains on the big block have diminished to a point they can't compete

Going to Check Out a "Barn Find"

My list of simple car hunting/selling fact tidbits: Non running "common" cars are usually hard to sell. Rollers even harder. Rollers all took apart, harder YET! and, all this has a bearing on what anyone will pay. When the seller brags how he rebuilt the "you fill in the blank" and he adds...

E58 400 plus HP Dart sport build

I am enjoying the car now. Couple things I would do differently so here we go. 190CC heads Roller cam conversion more money but maybe someday Phased the cam forward and not at zero for driveability on street when installed the lope at 1100 rpm in overdrive and 40 will get you nutty Started...

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Life on Copperhead Road :D The local locals are nice folk. It's having to go into town that is annoying... and you can't imagine what going toward or. Into D.C. is. I think the 1-ton dually tow truck would be perfect for the NoVa crowd

    Narrowed 8 3/4 questions

Ok. 72blunblu gave me the "ah ha" which many of you may find funny. I did not know that the drum braking surface must match because it keeps the shoe from cocking essentially locking up the rear brakes. IE the shoe has no lateral stability. I was thinking...11" backing/11" braking...

Ha! You can’t diminish what’s already empty! Tried that. Doesn’t work.

Don't read if you're close minded

Most head porters have no idea what combustion is and how it takes place. When your only objective is to increase airflow why would they?

    Repairing rear arm rests

I tried to send a pm, but your box is full. I'm going to Carlisle AND to Moparfest and would be willing to talk to you about transporting new armrests from one to the other, if that helps...

Going to Check Out a "Barn Find"

That's true. Without knowing the offer/asking price we'll never know who was in the right ball park. But, that's none of our business anyway.

Here you go, Piston area and force.

Right. And we need to define “reasonable RPM” up some. It’s 2024 and a decent street/strip engine should hit 7k with no issues.

    Parts Interchange Manual

I've used that manual but it's been a few years. It's like any non factory manual, there will be errors etc. I would say the filler neck is omitted due to "not knowing"?
