Reassembling a 69 Barracuda rally dash bezel. The heads of the #8 fillister head screws called for are too small for the holes across the bottom. I understand the plate concept across the top but what am I missing for the bottom screws?

Pulled dash out of my 69 Barracuda and noticed a couple of the pins pulled out of the circuit board with the plug. Can these be repaired? None of the pins appear to be for the gauges only lights if I'm tracing the board correctly.
