Correction: the carburetor I have for sale is actually a Chinese replica (Amazon listing) that I installed and had trouble with (see my slantsix.org post). If you want to take a chance on the Chinese one, it's yours for $20 shipped.

Slants do seem to like hot weather. As long as you don't park somewhere and then try to leave while the engine is still warm... :) Good luck straightening out the title. "Dismantled" to driving is a feel-good story.

Looking good! I welded tabs on my LCAs while I had them off the car, but then I never got a sway bar. I was welding a cross-piece on the LCAs anyway, to stiffen them up. I guess your bolt-on bracket will have a stiffening effect as well. Unfortunately all the pictures in my thread got...

Not Mopar but I trust y'all. My 2006 Odyssey started making a whining or whistling noise. It doesn't start until after 20 minutes of 65-70mph driving. It stops momentarily when my foot is on the brake, and it stops when I am changing lanes to the right. It goes away when I slow down. Ideas?

I set the idle at 750 (in Park) per the 1974 fender sticker. I realize that might not be optimal in the current build, with modern fuel etc, but I don't know of any reason to change it. Anyway, it's been running well for the last couple of weeks. There's still a slight hiccup when it's idling...
