    I had to massage the inner fender also. My rod ended up rubbing the firewall when the clutch pedal is depressed fully. Still have to clearance it when I get back home.

    Read the instructions a couple of times. The front has machined spacers. 2 are longer than the other 2. Short ones go in the back. Ask me how I know. Lol

    Got the new regulator. Charging ant 14.3 at a height idle. 13.6 at the battery. I really appreciate the people on this sight. Thanks everyone. Now just reassemble the dash and get it on a trailer. New wheels and tires on Tuesday

    This is what started the problem. It has a bad connection so that’s when I switched to the msd box. Do I still need the ballast resistor. I didn’t use any of that in the truck I took it out of. I don’t understand why it started right after I switched.

    Thanks for the response. I’ll check all that today when I get back from the drive line shop. I’ll get some pics of the wireing today also. The only thing different that I done as far as wireing goes is on the motor it came off off I had it wired to a toggle switch and a push button to start...
