Take the bowl off and remove the needle and seat. Make sure it is clean and moves freely. They can get dirty and stick and the float won’t adjust. Make sure the arm that attached to the float is clean and moves freely. Check the float to be sure it has not filled with gas. This can happen...

Exactly. The 500 HP 327 chevy from 1980 is still the king, even though a 500 HP anything back then was impressive. And very few of those were even 400 HP. I can do 450 on 340 inches. In fact, I'm probably going to go over 500. And that's with some shitty parts. Most guys wouldn't want to...

Reassembling a 69 Barracuda rally dash bezel. The heads of the #8 fillister head screws called for are too small for the holes across the bottom. I understand the plate concept across the top but what am I missing for the bottom screws?

I was going to suggest that, just to clarify it was 1/4” to 1/2” 2x2” spacer for hood clearance

I 2nd the Addco rear bar. I usedthe3/4 in diameter to compliment the large Helwig bar on the front. They provide a template for the holes in the frame rail so it wasn’t a too difficult installation

That cap appears to have the window in it for adjusting points. That ain't the correct cap for that distributor. Use the part number on the distributor and buy the correct cap.
