Do you still need pictures? Cause my '69 340 has the manifolds bolted to it with reproduction hardware. But its under a table with blankets and plastic piled on it but I can get pictures if they still needed.

Yeah I've seen Gary Povlovich articles about them. The 4" arm for the 340 is a direct drop in. They can be made into stump pullers.

My plan would be a stroker with manifolds 150 shot and 3.23s and hope to get 11.40s prolly cant do it with 3.23s

I had 340 manifolds on my on my mild magnum build, went with the cheap summit headers, and remflex gaskets thread locker on bolts. I’ll never go back to manifolds the amount of torque I gained and h.p was worth it!

TTI shorties. It didn't come with any exhaust so I figured if I was going to pay a hefty chunk of change for exhaust I'll skip on the collector (over)priced OEM 340 manifolds and pay for the HP bump instead.

Yeah, the 360 A bodies kept using the late (72 and 73) 340 manifolds. As far as manifolds go, I wouldn't mess with anything other than the 68-71 early 340 manifolds, as they were the best ones. The later Dakota and 1500 truck manifolds flow well and have 2 1/8 outlets. People have made them work...

Here a manifold header shootout on a stock 4bbl magnum, there's another out there somewhere that has magnums and there basically on par with 340 ones, they found the best combination to be one 340 and one magnum manifold, I forget which ones but was only better by a hp or two. As for 273...

They are not that hard to find if you have about $600-900 in your wallet. They even make them new now. If you don’t want to the spend that much, the 72-74 a body 340 360 manifolds are a lot cheaper. That is what I have on my 69 Cuda.

The 72-73 340 manifolds will work just fine, but make sure the drivers side is for an A body. Passenger side is the same between A, B and E bodies, but the drivers side is specific for A body cars. The only difference between a 68-70 drivers side 340 HP manifold and a 72-76 340/360 drivers side...
