1968 Dart GT Maybe this would be considered part of the body. I am guessing they are around the door frame? I have already mounted my SS that the rubber door moldings go into. Both are scuffed so maybe part of the threshold trim.

Upgrades to my stock 273 67 Dart GT

Makes more sense, but doesn't the OP' 67 273 already have closed chamber heads, and 273 are pretty decent flowing heads especially on 273 cid.

Can't believe so many are against going 4bbl, who the hell wants a performance engine with a two bbl, it's basically free on tap power, it's two bbl 99% of the time and 4bbl when needed no real down side if chosen and setup right. Like people said performer or similar intake, even stock...

    Old school Barracuda racecar.

I’ll know within the week if i can get the car. Montana in general is full of honey holes it’s always worth a trip especially with how our stuff doesn’t rust out as fast. My truck sat since the 90s in a field barely any surface rust underneath.

    Nmca and Nmra are finished.

This will probably finish off a lot of racers that won’t have another home or place to race. Many attend only these races and a few test n tunes. Hopefully they sit tight for awhile to see if someone takes over or starts another series like this.

Brewer's has Fiberglass floor humps for early A's

Nice. If I ever find another A I want, I'm on the fence about running either a 4 gear or an auto so this would come in handy. :p

Stop in for a cup of coffee

What can go wrong will go wrong with all those drivers, yesterday dog was outside on leash barking so I go out there and Fedex is pulling back out. Driver stops, gets out and tells me she just saw the note to leave package on the pallet. I said, that's next door, she said zero for two she's at...

    HUMMING NOISE

Cluster gear set not shimmed correctly. Worn case or cluster. Does it do it in first. Yes it could be the rear . Take the back seat out and drive it. If you ever drove a car with bad cluster bearings. the noise goes away in 4th gear because it does not go through the cluster. Post a video...

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Patiently waiting for a package to arrive. UPS and signature required. That always backfires. A substitute driver comes to the front door, rings the bell and leaves before I get out of my chair in the back of the house. :mob: :mob: I left a love note on the front door this time. We'll see if...

That's going to look nice. Single stage paint is cheaper than base clear and works good on what you're doing.

    NMCA is done

Big, big loss. Several years ago Inland Mopars Car Club had the privilege to work with them on two events. One at Auto Club Dragway at Fontana, and the other at what is now In-N-Out Pomona Dragstrip at the Fairplex in Pomona. Both were outstanding events. Following is a link to their...

    Brake pedal won't return

I don't believe there should be any springs in the car for the brake pedal. Your pedal or master must be binding somewhere. I would check your pedal bushings. Could someone installed the springs to help fix the pedal issue in the past and its getting worse?

I was reading a LONG thread last night on here FABO. That is going to be my first check. I am trying to find a diagram of my specific set up for the throttle and kick down linkage in the Service manual. Reading some of these other posts I am glad I am not afraid of a tool box, and am willing...
