Are the pistons standard bore? Do you plan to have the rotating assembly balanced? If it were me I'd probably just find a couple used pistons, rering it and save the cash. Whatever mpg gains you get from the pistons will be offset by having to run 91, 87 swill for the win :lol:

Instead of a nut/screw combinaison, I injected some foam through the hole I drilled into the inner bracing. It works and no bulge outside. The trunk lid isn't noisy anymore. But it's a semi-victory because the noise, object of this thread, is always there :BangHead:

GM HEI or Petronix III coil. .3 ohms Jump the ballast hook the two wires to the coil and you are done.

Yes and no; As for handling abuse; the first three gears are pretty much bullet-proof, at least as far as I have experienced with my modest 367 power(maybe 400hp). However, as mentioned in an earlier comment, that overdrive gear, I always say, is fragile, mainly cuz I regularly blew them up...
