buy you a good rebuilt 440 short block. roughly 5k. Buy a set of Stage V 440 hemi heads, yes these do exist and are real. cost is about 5 K. so for 10-12k you can have an actual 440 hemi headed monster.

Neither. Doesn’t really have a smell to it. Injectors are brand new Bosch Injector from Cummins, had them bench flow tested for 17 a pop too. All good.
