Why do i want a hemi soo bad when i don't need one or more power than i pretty much have... stupid brain
I know. It must be a testerone thing. Or as my sis says," a ***** thing".

If you have ever owned a Hemi car or driven one, you would know.

Prestige does a crate motor for 22k which is kinda cheap for a hemi. but still... damn.... I think a 390/408 would give me plenty of power for much less

Yikes. Burning tires a city block is impressive to most car guys but a Hemi under the hood has a WOW Factor that is hard to top.
Had a 66 charger hemi. Hmmm no big deal imo expensive to build for sure. Same mystique as 340 I guess. Only came in select cars..

buy you a good rebuilt 440 short block. roughly 5k. Buy a set of Stage V 440 hemi heads, yes these do exist and are real. cost is about 5 K. so for 10-12k you can have an actual 440 hemi headed monster.
