    76 duster gauges not working

There can be one or more of several issues. "Changed the voltage limiter." Where did you get it and is it an original type? I would get a solid state one. RTE is one outfit The gauge studs can be loose/ corroded and not make contact with the pc board. "Work" the nuts loose/ tight a...

Holley 1850 fuel transfer tube seals??

Thankyou, i did watch several videos on this, a couple were from a Holley executive, but what I understand is that the start point is to set them static with the bowl inverted and the float level with the bottom, ( well top actually as it's upside down at this point ) of the bowl, which is...

    No spark

RE-read post 37. If the voltage to ground from coil pos and coil neg are the same, the COIL IS NOT DRAWING CURRENT Either there is a harness or connector issue, the ECU is bad or not grounded, or the coil is open. The ECU acts as a SWITCH very similar to breaker points. Your circuit is...

Dust off your crystal ball and GUESS the horsepower !

I agree don't go too crazy on HP but most modern cars easily make 300+ gross hp so 250 ish hp seems like a decent start.

    318 Build? Help!

I agree too but engines that make greater 3500-5000+ power tend good peak power too. The problem is keeping as much 1500-3500 rpm power as possible while gaining 3500-5000+ rpm power, since it's far easier to lose in this range, than gain over the basic hop ups.

    A-body 8-3/4 drums

Agree with all of the above. Your '68, which you bought in '70, probably just had some new drums thrown on it by the dealer. And they WILL fit 7 1/4 rears if it was ordered and equipped with 10" brakes. Of course they won't fit 9" brake setups. It's a matter of the size braking system used...
