    just personly if I had the choice again id keep with the old leaf spring set up, update the springs move them inboard or Id go ladder bar, far more simple to set up caltrac systems are doing wonders for leaf spring cars now & four links are a science to get right

    talking of suspention the car has calvert 90/10s up front & competition engineering 12 way ajustable coil overs out back front fenders removed, alloy trunk, dash removed, fully tubbed with a 10 point cage. the brakes are early 80s aussie Valiant slotted rotors & alloy calipars up front...

    the 915s are shaved to 75cc, this calculates on the eagle cranks website to just on 10 to 1 comp. thats as high as Id take it on these pistons. our track is not close to sea level but offen on some evenings paticularly this time of year we see perfect air

    Here is the car, seen here in a cheap black primer. All steel body & it weighs just on 2850, its got 4.56s 31" tires, I do have a t/a J converter 3800 in another trans and an M1 with 950hp carb but I was saving that for the 448withSRs build & I really thought that the J and 950 would be too much...

    looking at your photo its difficult to see where the hose from the valve goes, most offen we route the to the vac port at the bottom rear of the carb, it that where you have it?

    it wouldnt be the first time an experienced guy forgot to install the seals, how much blow by does the engine have? where is yur point of vacume? and have you tryed a different valve? it can only be one of a few simple things
