I love the Duster 340-360 models. I'll even go out on a limb and say it's the best Mopar Muscle Car combo in terms of body style, size, and weight. Can't beat the semi-fastback look. Challenger might be a hair better, but that's it. In my opinion..
Cruiser, that is very common. Seen it a million times on running cars. I agree that the material just breaks down over time. I have cleaned the goo off on my own Car in the past and just kept running the car without issue. They make a Mopar restoration one that looks pretty close to the...
I bought them without the speakers. It's extra work, but fun to me. Any of the name brand speaker companies are good. Get a set that come with the protective grills on the outside of the speakers because your feet are down there.
I think the car looks great; however, it looks like it's been painted red a couple times. The paint is faded under hood. That's a great car though especially with the 4-speed. Factory Bucket seats too and no A/C or Power Steering. These cars came with a lot of pluses, like-Factory Electronic...
Kern Dog- I have a factory 1974 Slant with factory front Disc Brakes and big bolt pattern all the way (7 1/4) around. Your car most likely has factory Disc Brakes and came with the big bolt pattern.
Ok, so Your car is a factory 360-4bbl (E58.) It came with the 8 1/4 rear end and big bolt pattern. Someone took the original rear out. That car is very rare, and it is the best of the best for an A-body!
That car is very rare, and restored correctly could be worth quite a bit. Also a great show piece with unique history. I would keep it all original and slowly hunt down parts
So I remember when I was about 17 years old reading about the Feather Duster (1985) in a magazine or book. Anyway, I'm in the local Junk Yard looking for parts for my Duster, and I walk by a Duster and look at the Fender and it said "Feather Duster." Then I said to myself, that's the car with...
Yea, JB most likely a plastic clip on the inside. Take the door panel off, and you will see the linkage and where it came apart. You can get the little clips on eBay
