Managers sure liked the pitcher hitting rules. More flexibility. But like all sports. Rule changes is to promote more offense. More scoring? More sales.

    Vibration over 65mph

It sounds tire or wheel related. Does it change if rotation of tires? Vibration will remain. But feel and sound difference. Balancing doesn't pickup higher RPM issues.

    World Series

NY and LA are the US biggest towns. With vastly different culture. So for them to come together in the name of sportsmanship via "America's past time?" I salute them. After that. As a MN Twins fan? No team deserves defeat more than a damn Yankee. And no team is less worthy of a win than a...

I'm a MN Twins fan. As I explained to my children. There are only 2 teams in MLB. The Twins! And the enemy. Any questions?

What do you make of sellers who only want to converse via email?

If its on an item forsale at surprisingly good deal? It's almost certainly a scam. They're not going after the whole costs. They will then spring some travel, or delivery fee to to complete transaction.

    8 second NA 6 cylinder non-Mopar dragster

I like out of the box attempts. Which is why I love drag racing. Go and sit in the stands of a bigger test & tune. And I always see something pull up where I ask "What the hell is that thing?" Especially from farmers that think WAY out of the box! Lol.

    Seriously wrong Car Identifications ?????????

Try owning a GTX? The #1 topic is me explaining the difference between a GTX and a GTO. Especially to younger guys. Which I'm happy to do. It's all good. My high school car was a '66 GTO. So plenty of knowledge of both.

What would you build if limited to 372ci - with boost as an option

That's fast. That's nearly 100 MPH faster than I have driven. I would be fearful of flight. If God meant man to fly? He wouldn't have invented the "wing."

What would you build if limited to 372ci - with boost as an option

That certainly eliminates "Exotic" Normally for a 372 cube I would look at a 340 stroker. But that's for best bang for Mopar dollar in a street build. Where low end torque is more desirable. If money is less of an issue? And a classic Mopar block design is the goal? I too would be looking at a...

What would you build if limited to 372ci - with boost as an option

Does engine have to be conventional piston? Newer rotary engines can put out some scary HP and ungodly RPM at equivalent combustion size. As well as reduced weights. I'm sure rules limits or penalizes use. But if you're building outside the box? Don't be afraid to think outside the box?

My experience: Good Year Look great. Perform great. Don't last well. Over priced. BF Good Rich Look Great. Perform average to poor. Mediocre on longevity. Pricey. Advanta Look good, just not old school style. Perform decent. Longevity decent. Price decent. Nitto Look good if you like "New...

Cooper Cobra vs BFG Ta's on 2nd gen cuda

My Cobras are black out on B-body. But that depends entirely on car and rims. (Plus advertising "Cobra" is not entirely "Old School." Lol.) So sorry, not much help.

how many cars do you have?

I had an '83 F350 6.9 IH 4x4 in my past. That puffer was still going at 300k when I sold. Paid $2k got $1k. Five years later. Back in a more civilized time.

how many cars do you have?

Yup. 1980 didn't have a diesel option. But a diesel mechanic started the build. Pulled the straight gas 6cyl out and replaced with an '84 6.9 International. He sold to a body guy that did cab and box. I bought and completed with clutch and exhaust work. So it's a one of the kind. '80 6.9 V8...

Unless it's a numbers matching piece? I would pass. I passed on a simular '70 block. But had a newly added crack on side as well for $1k. Of course the seller had little knowledge. (It's surprising how one who is selling "Dummies" up?) JMO

I've never heard pinion angle concerns with tire height. And we've been playing with that since the beginning. Angle should remain constant.

68 Barracuda fastback tube chassis build

What's going to keep the car lower value is no street option. A roller hydraulic certainly makes more pro Street. But are you going to attempt some street use/street legal? That opens a WHOLE new door of opportunities. As well as interests. My point. Most any of us can build a dragster?
