    Cam Experts: Lobe Separation Angle?

Again, what does DCR tell you? If it's "dynamic" it means it changes with outside influences. I haven't seen any math where DCR is a part of it. Doesn't mean they aren't out there but I've never seen them. I have seen several that use ECR. I use one that does.

Suggestions for new design Aluminum Mopar SB clean slate (kind of) cylinder heads

I bet they sell a ton of them. Maybe most of them will be on top of BP engines after they are able to bring the cost of the Mopar crate motor down but I bet a fair amount get sold separately.

Sounds like you're trying to unnecessarily complicate things just for the sake of saying you did it. So then why not just go dry sump. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

It’s already been done. No one will buy it. That’s THE issue.

Anyone Running the Oregon #1341 Regrind?

Splitting hairs picking between the cams mentioned. One nit pick is I would want to know why you need a split pattern cam on a magnum engine that has good exhaust flow already coupled with headers. Doubt you would notice any seat of the pants difference anyway though.

I could not agree more. Large bowl and a 93% throat on my CNC SM head. I hope other heads are better than mine.

And the sad part is how hard would of it been to find someone to do a decent port job they could of copied, even now how hard would it be to update their cnc program to a better port shape.

I think the mods should strip all the complaining over the last couple of days out of this thread. Someone is bringing something to market that is better than we have available now (I have faith it will be) and we've never seen it to even evaluate it. And yet people are all over how it will be...

Considering Holley sniper EFI for my 1969 340. Thoughts from people who have that set up?

I know that over the years I have said I would not switch over to EFI on my Barracuda because it ran fine on a carburetor. I think I am about ready to make the switch. I am getting tired of having to crank my car until gas gets up to the carburetor if I have not run it for a week or so. I’m also...

DCR never changes, it's set, cylinder pressure is the only thing that changes. The two are not the same

    SBM Edelbrock/Speedmaster Head Data

Imo, the curve on the cnc SM is as unimpressive as it is because it’s poorly executed. With a more refined throat and valve job, the numbers in the middle could be noticeably better. They’re in it for the quick cash and banking on the CNC buzzword for sales. It’s pretty bad when there are...

Be careful of Bay Area cars, not your typical CA cars as far as rust is concerned. Check the subframe and cowl area closely.

What's on your "to do" list for this winter on your race car?

bodywork to make the air cleaner look stock. Install antigravity battery, change a big heavy steel bracket holding the trans cooler over to carbon fiber one. Make battery tray out of carbon fiber.

[WANTED] Aftermarket wheels, 17" (maybe 18) BBP

Don't forget that a rear disk brake kit will add width as well. The drums are only like 1/16" thick at the axle flange while a disk is more like 1/4" at that location. I've got a layout from years ago where I was trying to figure out what wheel and tire I could run and that layout shows 58"...
