You can test fit the head on the block with no gasket, if the head sits on the deck you are good to go. Always a good functional check that takes no time or special tools.

For street performance get a 3000 up stall no less . Unless you are running a bone stock engine with out a performance cam. Choose a converter that matches your peak rpm engine torque.

I use some of the parts for lock outs for some FI systems other than that never had any one ask for one except once at Carlisle. That forum alot of people still run them. Big PIA to troubleshoot unless you have the tester which is really hard to find. Saw one once on FB.
