At a local pick n pull looks like it was a strip and scrap, it looks very savable, the crossmember and front frame rails look good and someone replaced the rear lower quarters doors were nice. Look at how straight the passenger side is.
I personally would call BLP get a couple billet 650s or 650 builder kits, ran on progressive linkage and 16 hole annual boosters.
Bring your engine over here to Yakima and let's Dyno tune it.

It’s a race track out in the desert of California. Used to be be just a road course but recently they opened a drag strip and host no prep events.

What sensor is it? Is post 1 you said 100 psi but that’s all the info you gave. If it’s a 0-100 psi sensor it can’t measure vacuum so the scaling is wrong somewhere.
