I ditched the oem AC box for aftermarket.. for a few reasons. The factory box is just an space hog and it looked like there was just going to be too many clearance issues.I could barely get it back in, just after increasing my tunnel size just a little was one. Also, if I had gone much bigger...

Nice truck, regardless it should be lighter than a typical bracket car! Until you get it on the scales to know if he was accurate and comparatively what you have, you just have a ballpark...it just kinda is what it is.

that ain't no tune up, that's a top end rebuild! i'd run a compression test and a leak down to get a baseline and then do an overall assessment of what you've got going on before jumping in deep.
