    I lived in Colorado, and drove many a classics in colorado, I know what it pulls out of them :D But I'm at 600 ft now, so I'd get a 13.9 .... requiring a helmet :D :D

    That's the normal Chevy and Ford go to. 2500 is a stock converter for Chrysler.

    I think in the altitude, your big cam, lower compression, and 3.23's are taking away what you hoped for. I bet with a stock magnum cam it would come to life.

    A stock tuned 69 440 Dart or Barracuda with headers and slicks is capable of mid to high 12's in the 1/4.

    It’s basically a stock 440 with stock gearing and a big cam. Add in low compression and I could see it being sluggish.

    When I bought my Duster it had a stock 440 with 8.5-1 compression,Edelbrock performer intake and Edelbrock 750 carb. Comp XE 274 cam and Schumacher tri y headers. Underwhelming to say the least. Stock 452 heads would be the single biggest detriment to power IMO.
