    Soĺ Cal fires

If I was younger I'd look forward to the rebuilding effort as that will happen. Lot value is extreme and Californio's are resilient plus rebuilds will be quality homes. Things were tough way back and then the '94 Northridge quake happened. We were busy then with State Farm claims. They thought...

What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

72 Demon Getting the loose end details wrapped up in the bay. I debated on whether or not to paint it because I don't have a compressor/gun set up, but with the engine out it became a no-brainer. I stripped it down to metal, as well as the inner wheel wells, core support, etc..and rattlecanned...

    IMM dyno - 408 - small cam

This engine has been a longgg time in the making. Started off as just a set of NZ EQ heads just before they stopped making them. Then some porting and a cam to match. Then pistons...and well, you know how it goes. Brian worked with me every step of the way to help come up with a combination...

Feel like my 440 should be faster

...that would run 14.2 @ 101 (no traction)with street tires @ 1400’ after we ran at 4600 it wouldn't pull. You need a point of compression or 10-15* less duration. I went deeper 3.55- 4.30 and it was still winded... without more compression. The new combo has 10.8:1 and a 242/242 on 110 and only...

    Magnet Marelli ?

When Fiat bought Chrysler they tried to rebrand the replacement parts division. I had a friend that worked for them for a while as a sales and distribution rep. It didn't last long as Chrysler changed hands again.

1967 Barracuda Fuel Filler Neck Trunk floor gasket

Thanks for the heads up on the AMD part. I installed the AMD floor, and used the existing one strap with a new gas tank and it worked/fit fine. Have not tried to fit the filler neck in yet, but need the gasket before fitting that in.

    340 torque converter...

Call performance Torque converter in New Hampton. They have a nice 10” for about $400. I believe the stall is 2200/2500.

1967 Barracuda Fuel Filler Neck Trunk floor gasket

My understanding is the AMD floor is actually a 68-69, which uses 2 gas tank straps, not the 1 that the 67 uses.
