    Best Aftermarket Suspension Set-up

thats a great way for someone who doesn't mind doing things more then once. others like to do it once and be done. no wrong way. me if i choose to do something i gather all the parts then do it. it may take a year + to save, sell to buy all that stuf, but i'm doing it once and being done...

Two stud transmission mount for cable shift 904

I didn’t find one in storage but noticed the 64 904 I just got back from Dynamic Converters has a 2 stud mount installed. No idea of the condition

    Lockup Transmission Conversion

Just curious - why change to a non-lockup? I have a second hand lockup in my 75 Duster 318 and I'm considering whether to rebuild that one or the spare non-lockup that I have.

    Best Aftermarket Suspension Set-up

Good point. A coil over conversion is all in cost wise, at the time of install. Upgrading a stock system can be an incremental effort if you need to work on a budget. A coil over system will drop some pounds off the nose of the car with increased steering feel, both a definite positive...

[SOLD] New 340 stock grind replacement cam

New never used 340 grind camshaft. Bought this 12 years ago from Northern Auto for an engine build I believe it was a Speed Pro brand .429/.444 lift. Per the feedback posted today this was probably ground off a better quality core blank back then. $110 plus actual shipping/mailing cost. No...

64 And 65 Valiant And Barracuda Front Valance Panels

I can't remember if the opening in the Barracuda valance is smaller than the opening in the Valiant, but I'll go out to the shop and check when I get this little dog off my lap...lol. I know for sure that the one I'm putting on my Barracuda is off a Valiant. I had to drill out the tabs that held...

Pretty cool '68 Dart GT convertible my buddy just picked up

I agree, I thought the same thing when I first saw it. I don't think the stripe needs to be there if keeping the GT trim, or remove the trim and keep the stripe. That being said, I like seeing cars with their original trim, too much of it gets removed and thrown out in favor of just a stripe.

Your favorite road trip car ?

Back in the 80's it would have been my 77 Monaco ex state patrol car. That thing would cruise all day and still be comfortable. Now its my 2014 Charger R/T. I have driven it across the states a couple of times and it will average 29mpg. Not too bad for a heavy v8 car

    Rack and pinion steering.

For a competition only car, certain design parameters can be utilized that may not necessarily transfer well to a street going car. No ackerman, no anti-dive, more or less aggressive camber gain, alternate instant centers, higher or lower roll center location, and more or less scrub radius are...

How about pics of car you got your first drivers license in.

Thanks it was. Bought it for $650 as it looked in the pic. Sadly a 16 year old kid with too much power and not enough sense to get out of it when it was getting away. Met with a fire hydrant and ripped the rear frame out from under it. To add insult to injury I also got a ticket for excessive...

...ratio, pressure that the stock heads even on a Zero-deckheight, cannot deliver, and even if they could, they would be a severe choke for a 285* cam. So, pretty much, that 285 cam, demands some hi-flow heads with small chambers, and a static compression ratio of close to or over 11/1, with...
