Don't take this the wrong way but the 60' is about a tenth off in my experience. What converter and race weight? You cut those lights every pass and life will be good.

No I'm not here to argue just stating what has worked for us. We use the big holley regulator and 8an to the carb. Yes on e85 at 3100lb.

My aeromotive ss pump has been 1.36 sixty foot and 10.11 et so 525hp I'm not buying that.Fuel pressure guage is rock solid.Carb only has 95 jets square.

I have two vehicles we race on e85.One has the SS pump and the other is a quick fuel 260 I think.Both work great and I'm using 10an from tank up to regulator.

How and where do you guys install the limiters? Guy at the track told me he ties back the two eyelets at the back of the trans to the cross member. Any pics guys?

I second the powerbond dampers.I have two in use.One since 2013 and one with 400 passes on it in the last two years.I just tore down that one to freshen and it all looks great.I also have a trick flo in use but don't recommend because of the markings on it.All are sfi dampers.

Stock a body 8 3/4 that's still in my demon that I'm going to swap out for a Dana.I already changed it to big bolt pattern years ago and with late 90's jeep rotors. I'm well aware of the search function but haven't seen much on the valiant.I think the valiant has less room to the quarter panel.

I have a build similar to yours but flat tappet cam with more duration. I assume you have flat top pistons with that compression?Mine only wanted 32 degrees of timing to make the best power. I guess 531hp.

My son won the pro class. I was pretty happy with the truck being they was basically hot lapping to get the race in due to rain coming.We installed a remote transmission cooler with fan over the winter that definitely helped.

I've ordered a k1 crank and molnar rods from them in the past and had good experience with them Scat I beams no clearance issues. Molnar rods you will need to notch the bottom of the bores.Both are good rods.

I have these headers on my stock front suspension demon and didn't cut any tubes or bend.I did buy a 2 1/2" hole saw for the one tube through the inner fenders. My car went three tenths faster over 1 3/4" tube hookers. Great headers!

Thanks everyone. We have noticed the mph is a little off when we compare to other racers.Hopefully in a few weeks when the tracks open we will get some passes with the new headers.

38" plus or minus some.i used Hedman 12" slip on collectors.This truck I couldn't make all of the primary tubes how i would like them but in my opinion they are way better.
