Trying to use the aje coilover front kit with my existing Wildwood front brakes.

I didn't realize there was a debate on there name but I know now. It was recommended to retaper them but wanted to know if anyone has done it with positive results? I'm told also that there 7 degrees.

Anyone retaper small ball joints spindles to fit large ball joint upper control arms?

Freshen the engine with switching to a solid roller from a solid flat tappet. Switch to a dana and going with a 4.30 gear from a 3.91. Install new AJE k member,a arms and coil overs. There are alot of variables in these old cars so I would recommend that you measure for it properly.Make sure you have the car setting with the weight on the rear end as it would sit at ride height.Find a local heavy duty semi truck shop and most of them can rework and balance your drive shaft.

I have one out of my demon with the same combo but it's 49 3/8" center to center.I'm assuming you are allowing 1" play when the trans yoke is pushed in all the way?Mine are the small u joints also.

The older pumps take moroso 63543 which is a npt fitting. The new pumps take moroso 63523 which is an o-ring fitting.I found this out last spring when my son bought a new pump.

I plumbed a line lock up on a Dakota and it would only lock the rear brakes no matter how I plumbed it to the master cylinder.I bypassed then removed the factory proportioning valve then it work as it should.

Don't take this the wrong way but the 60' is about a tenth off in my experience. What converter and race weight? You cut those lights every pass and life will be good.

No I'm not here to argue just stating what has worked for us. We use the big holley regulator and 8an to the carb. Yes on e85 at 3100lb.

My aeromotive ss pump has been 1.36 sixty foot and 10.11 et so 525hp I'm not buying that.Fuel pressure guage is rock solid.Carb only has 95 jets square.

I have two vehicles we race on e85.One has the SS pump and the other is a quick fuel 260 I think.Both work great and I'm using 10an from tank up to regulator.

How and where do you guys install the limiters? Guy at the track told me he ties back the two eyelets at the back of the trans to the cross member. Any pics guys?

I second the powerbond dampers.I have two in use.One since 2013 and one with 400 passes on it in the last two years.I just tore down that one to freshen and it all looks great.I also have a trick flo in use but don't recommend because of the markings on it.All are sfi dampers.

I have a build similar to yours but flat tappet cam with more duration. I assume you have flat top pistons with that compression?Mine only wanted 32 degrees of timing to make the best power. I guess 531hp.

I bought a Tikka t3x in 6.5 Creedmoor last weekend so probably not doing any black Friday shopping. I may just have to focus on the wife and kids for Christmas.
