Unfortunately i haven't been able to spend much time on the car. The past few months at work have been crazy, hopefully by the end of February i will have it back on the road. To save some time and money im just going to run a 727 and swap in my 4 speed later down the road

picked up a big block A body radiator from the bone yard had it pressure tested core was shot so i took it to the radiator shop its $525!!! to get it re-cored im going to pass for now and see if i can get a new one instead

awesome AMX !!! i have a 68 javelin as well needs a lot of metal work in the quarters as they do not offer replacement quarters but anyways back to the dash... yes i did sand the chrome down used 1000 grit to get most of the paint and chrome off i also sprayed it with a light coat of sand...

i havent been working on it much lately mostly been scouting out the parts for the 4 speed swap, i also went to the local junkyard looking for a steering column without the column shift with manual steering if any of you guys have it let me know!

Correct this is not a big block bellhousing, I've heard of them being machined to fit and was curious as the steps I should take to adapt

Well I've read on bigblockdart that it has been done I'm trying to figure out if i have the correct bellhousing or need to have this one machined to work

When I purchased the transmission its the stock bellhousing that came with A883OD

The car was originally a /6 3 speed on the column I have the OD bellhousing Thanks Jeff

i have a bone stock 383 in my 67 barracuda, i would like to run the 4 speed OD A833, what do i have to make this work i have the OD bell housing and trans now bell housing part #2892 482 when i bought the transmission it also came with the pressure plate, bearing retainer and clutch...

THANK YOU!! yes i just notched it for the oil pump on drivers side i purchased the trans dapt motor mounts from summit half the price of the schumacher and they seem to be fitting well with little modifications yes im all about the Drive way builds!! i try my best to build/ do everything...

well dropped the motor in this afternoon i ended up repainting the engine to the factory color as well im very happy with the way everything worked out
