Wow. I havent updated this in a while. getting around 9mpg in town. adjusted the timing, carb, and swapped out intake gaskets. A lot better than the 4mpg i was getting upon purchase. still have a few bugs to work out

What about finding a way to mount it in the gap between the body and the bumper? I like your idea of hiding it behind the grill, but that would impede the cooling system. Perhaps i missed it, but what is your timing set at. that dude is supposed to be 16* advanced right out of the box. the 340 heads will do fine with a bit more compression imo. My Ugly beast below lol
