Any radiator shop should be able to make the swap. They might have to flatten the bottom outlet if there is no hump in the bottom tank where you want it. It's easy. I just did mine myself.

Forgot to mention, I also made a quick wood form with sides and driveshaft hump to fit the seat into to make sure it didn't get too big. This kept me from having to fit to the car each time I made a change and mess up my interior.

I have a '64 Valiant with a bad 1/4 panel. I managed to cut a good one off a '65 car and I know it will need some extra patching to make it work around the rear light. So if I have to patch, you will need to cut but it should fit right in after cutting.
