changing lower control arm bushings in my 69 dart...is it rubber or poly? which one do i use?..i drive it on street not much , i do drag race..(low 11's)..im welding in stiffings plates on the lower arms..any input will help..

can some one tell me how to remove the push rod out of the seal from a master cylinder from a 69 dart .. using an rms 2 bolt m-c..and it says i can use the oringal push rod...

im going to install a set of rms upper a-arms...now would it be over kill to also install a adjustable struss rod ? firm feel big tie rods and sleeves ?...the car runs low 11's..and i plan on driving it to shows and things with the family...340,3200lbs..

need some advise,im looking to swap to disc brakes from which company i dont know...(wilwood,ssbc,mp,etc).? my car is a 69 dart 340..10" manaul drums all around...the car runs high 10s...i will drive the family around once i do the swap..shes 3200LBS...so im looking for a good reliable kit..thanks
