    Ebay GT45 Turbo

I just delivered it to him yesterday. I didn’t start it or tune it. Lots to do before it’s ready to run. It’ll be on E85 for Sick Summer so we’ll see. Goal for summer is 8.50’s, eventually it’ll come back to me for a 25.3 upgrade on the 8.50 cage I installed (hence the floor bars) and he’ll...

Where Are All The Pre 2010 Members

One built, one just hit the paint booth, got 4 engines in my shop to build, just finished a cage and turbo kit on a 67 buick, building a TH400, need to freshen my 727... very busy. Don’t post much. More activity on Facebook with the group I race with.

Where Are All The Pre 2010 Members

Traffic on these web boards seems to be dying. I remember the height of it in the early 2000s with Yellowbullet and other web boards. B bodies site seems to be dwindling. I think I joined this one later but don’t post much.

    67 twin turbo dart

I’ll never understand why these ECU’s can’t compensate for fuel pressure given the fact that fuel pressure is an input to the ecu and the rest is just math to calculate injector pulse width.... sigh... lol

How can i make 700 horse from a 410 stroker

Mopar had the chance to correct that lifter angle with the original version of the small block and failed. Dumbest thing ever but I guess they saved a couple nickels because of it. I loved the 48 degree setup when the R3 came out. If Mopar would have made the blocks more available and had a...

How can i make 700 horse from a 410 stroker

Track is a good indicator but also assumes that gearing, converter, tune and everything else is optimized for the whole combination. I’ve seen big power stuff run like a turd because of poor shock choices. I’ve also seen cheap, low power combos run great because the entire combo was well sorted...

Your thoughts on the 5.7 hemi tick

It’s absolutely insane. I decided to find a nice old 1st gen 12valve. No ECU, no BCM, No DEF, no emissions at all. Just need one with no rust lol.

Long time A-body wanna be here but I’m mainly a B-body owner. I did have a 68 Dart for a while but managing 3 cars, two of which were projects is just overwhelming. Anyway, if you guys like Mopar content on YouTube, here’s my channel. I’ll be featuring a couple new engine builds, a TF headed 440...

Your favorite rear end/final drive ratio and why?

I commuted 4.5 hours one way On the interstate to college for years with a 4.10 gear and 26” tires. Luckily it was with full exhaust lol. I run a 3.73 with a GV OD and 28” these days.

    20psi stock 5.9 carnage

Aren’t they all hard parts failures? The cause, however, we can only speculate on. 20psi isn’t a lot of boost, except in the case of a 40 year old stock block so who knows. It could have let enough oil in the chambers where even the best tune wouldn’t have mattered. He could have easily found...

    20psi stock 5.9 carnage

It’s interesting that his idea of a good tune is no broken pistons. Ignore the fact that you can still beat out half the rod bearings before ever popping a ring land....

[WANTED] Big Block Solid Roller Cam

I’m in need of two big block roller cams. Let me know what you have. Prefer a couple of cams between 250-260@.050 but willing to consider anything close. Thanks, Mike

    Goodbye Torqstorm, hello Spoolius Ceasar

10 psi is fun on the street, but you’ll be yawning at that after the third pass on the track and wanting it turned up. It’s an addiction for sure.

Nate was at Drag Week a few years back with his nitrous fox running 7s. He’s a talented guy for sure.

    Magazine Builds

It wasn’t an ideal combo because of the cam. We wanted a hydraulic roller and because of R3 core availability, we couldn’t get a very small cam. It was a hydraulic roller that was 270@.050 and due to that HR, we didn’t pull it too high of rpm. CR was 10:1 IIRC. With a solid roller and 8,000 rpm...

    Magazine Builds

Given the power they deliver, I’d say they’re fairly priced. Yes, I suppose they are sticker shock for some and yes, then rocker arms, but a great cylinder head. I’ve still seen guys buy other SB heads then dump a ton of money into porting an inferior head when they could’ve bought Victors...

67 dart stroker hellcat gen3 hemi with twin turbos...

Are your coils grounded to the cylinder heads through a dedicated ground to each head like Holley has in their diagrams and what is grounding the block? I have a 2/0 ground cable from the block to a bolt on the front frame. Another 2/0 cable runs from the battery to that same bolt. I also have a...
