    Hello, After cracking a block we replaced our 225 slant six with a newer 225 slant six. It bolted in great, but the oil pan touches the tie rod that passes under it. Is there a newer tie rod I can get that drops down a little more than the one on a 66 Valiant? Thanks, Chuck

    We just rebuilt a 225 slant six. When we pulled the intake and manifold off to rebuild the engine we noticed that there did not appear to be any gasket sealer in the intake manifold gasket. I can understand this with the manifold, heat would burn it away, but how about the intake side?
