Anybody ever heard of or used these axles, if so are they any good or at least as good as the stock axles?

I have a 73 Duster with shot disk brake spindle. I found a pair of used disk brake spindles from a 71 dart on ebay and I was wondering if they would work on my duster...or if I would need to change ball joints and/or upper control arms? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
