I too will be replacing tank, pad, everything up through fuel pump and want to go with AN lines / fittings. My question is do I run the ground from the sending unit to the frame instead of to the an line (I know - stupid question...). Thanks.

That is actually what I bought, cut to fit and put it on. After filling the rad, I immediatly began taking the hoses off as they were leaking. I couldn't tell when it was tight as there was never any resistance, so I overtightened them and split them. After that I purchased a product...

I picked up a rad from Wizard Cooling; aluminum with shroud and four 9" Spal electric fans. The rad is OEM size and mounting (close anyway), you can specify inlet / outlet locations and sizes. I had similar issue of clearance to water pump pulley. I have about 3/4" to spare with this setup.

I'm running Valvoline VR1, 20-50. O Reillys carries it as well.

Looks awsome. The rad looks like a BeCool product? If so, how did it fit between the frame rails? I looked at one but it looked like it would be tight, especially with the fans fitting in from of the pulleys. How much clearance do you have?
