    '68 Barracuda Factory AM-FM Radio

I have a '68 Barracuda factory AM-FM thumbwheel radio that I bought for another project, but didn't use. It has just came back from Wards Antique Radio Repair where it was thoroughly gone-through, so it's guaranteed to not be DOA (I'll include the Wards' invoice as proof). As seen in the image...

Can't decide on how to go.....help

Thanks for the input, guys. I'm leaning toward the small block / auto combination only because, as many pointed out, that everything's already there. Besides, we're getting some significant power out of the small blocks. Keeping it simple and reliable is also high on my list. The Dart in the...

Can't decide on how to go.....help

Ok, guys, here's my dilema - I have a 68 Barracuda notch that I'm doing for primarily the street, but will also see the strip occasionally. Right now, I can't decide whether I should go with my fresh small block and automatic, which the car was originally, or I have a complete, minus trans...

Whos coming to mopars at the Valley..

Yea, think we'll make the trip up. The Dart has had some work done and I'd like to sort it out before Richmond and E-Town. A bunch of F.A.S.T. guys will be there, too, so the racing should be interesting. Dennis

    68 Barracuda bumpers-- rechrome?

Hi Guys - I'm interested in bumpers, too. Have 7 cores to trade in on new ones. Tri-city Plating comes very recommended. They quoted me a price of $295/exchange and $350 outright (plus shipping). Told me they'd give me $35.00 for each usable core. I think I'm gonna wait till Carlisle (PA)...

    Is it worth it?

I have a chance to buy a '68 Barracuda and I need some help deciding. The car's a coupe, 318 / 904, P/S being the only option. The car was painted seven years ago, at which time the current owner did cheater quarters and driver's side torsion bar mount. Otherwise, the car was solid. Still...

    Battery does not stay charged!!!

Don't overlook a defective alternator. A bad diode in the alternator will cause the battery to discharge over time.

    1969 Dodge Dart GTS

An authentic GTS, factory air car. Buckets, no console, A/T on the column. Original matching number engine safely tucked away in a crate. Currently sports a 360 Magnum crate engine, 727 and 3.91's, but plans call for a 416 this winter - want to go F.A.S.T. racing next year.
