Yes ma'am. So the green is a different series that the Copper and the Grey. Its harder and slicker so I hold up better to abrasion the the copper will over time. The green is going on parts that cannot be seen like window tracks and the wiper linkage, gears on the inside of the wiper motor...

I do that too. I just keep the auto separate from the firearms end of it. been at the Cerakote game for almost ten years now. When you are ready or have any questions on parts or shop set up, feel free to ask. Info is always free and I have no problem with passing on my experiences.

Neither Applies directly to the substrate. Either oven cure or air cure. This was an E Series oven cure. It can be applied over a primer and I've seen it done, but I haven't pulled it off correctly yet. I do something wrong before the Cerakote stage.

Thank you. Its a lot of work but so worth it in the end. My brother gets frustrated with me because of all the work were putting into this but ide wtather do it all now and be done with it forever. plus the kid will have a lot of pride in it.

I don't think it to be complicated, but sometimes when you pop a rivet off and take something apart....its never the same again. hoping y'all would chime in and say eazy peezy or don't do that. Sounds like if I get some good bolts, its not an issue.

Ill look into those machine bolts. Is this motor something I do not want to get into? Im tech proficient just not the best at fab stuff. I have a good synthetic grease but I don't know the weight it can carry. Probably fine for this but definitely not a ball joint grease.

You can replace the rivets with itty bitty bolts and it doesn't impede anything?

On the wiper motor, two speed...(this is a two speed, right?) Is there a way to grease the internals or drop some oil in there? This is for my sons first car, 68 Dart 270. And has anyone done a detailed disassembly ? I guess ide have to grind the riots off and I have no way to redo them...
