    starter stays running in on position

    have a 1970 column shift auto 318 duster, always have needed to lift shifter into park to engage saftey park starter switch, i assume sloppy column. now when you turn ignition to on position starter engages. wondering if anyone has run across this issue. thanks, Don.

    well just purchased my next project, won't be doing much for a little while, until my current project is done. its a 1970 duster with a 318 auto punched out with 360 heads looking forward to cleaning up this nearly rust free garage paint job (complete with textured finish) colorado car
