    Let’s talk CB radios

It's a hobby similar to Mopar collecting that can easily get out of control. Seems like yesterday vehicles had huge whip antennas with a fluorescent bulb that glowed in a show of power! Miss those days.

Street Freaks, Customs, Rods, Street Machines...60's 70's 80's

This car was featured in Wild Mustangs and Mopar magazine in the 1980s. I have always wondered if it is still around. Pretty cool car IMHO

    Screwdrivers

I didn't see it mentioned, but Williams is the Snap-On without the expensive branding label. I love Snap-On ratcheting multibit-driver and have the Williams version too. The difference is the handle color and lack of a knurl on the driver body. I agree with the prior post about Tekton and the...

    When purchasing merch

The determining factor is like anything else it really boils down to if the vendor is reliable, trustworthy, and will deliver a (quality) product in reasonable time at a reasonable price. There's good and bad vendors on both sides of the fence Corporate vs mom and pop, as we all too well know!

How about a 'Poly 318' page for us diehards lol

I'm a fan. Occasionally someone posts some exotic intake that fuels the allure of it's notoriety.

How about a 'Poly 318' page for us diehards lol

318Poly groups.io Group Here's a discussion group. The interest is there. A majority of the members are die hard poly folks so I wouldn't worry about it being social media and not a website.

[Found!] 88 Dakota fuel tank sending unit

I don't know if he has the tank/sender, but try reaching out to Ivan at Ivan's Truck and Jeep Parts in Meriden CT. He HAD an 87/88 4X4 that he parted about a year and a 1/2 ago. He may still have tank. The truck itself was parted, it was quite rotted.

    AAA SUX!!!!

With regards to a towing a car with a dead battery and not getting a "jump" a lot of the newer stuff is voltage threshold dependent and if a certain voltage is not attained, it's NOT a fun driving experience. All sorts of weird phenomenon happens.

    Random pictures thread

Pleasant Valley Drive-In? I forget who, might have been Capital Area Mopars (Albany?), had a swap meet there almost 20 years ago. Wish it would happen again... Webpage of the new owners states that they are open to car shows.

Factory sensor voltage to value charts?

Another option is find the jobber equivalent and then live chat or email the manufacturer and ask for the range stating that it is needed for a troubleshooting effort. Here's a great automotive sensor overview pdf FWIW: https://www.gcoeara.ac.in/learning_material/auto/Unit%204-AEE.pdf

Factory sensor voltage to value charts?

The short cop out answer is the factory service manual. Problem is the book or online ones for newer vehicle s aren't readily available. You can try going to the sensor suppliers webpages and look for technical resources. Some vendors have tutorials or books that have this information. I...

    Decoding a 65 Valliant.

Cool car. A dealership here in Connecticut that I worked at in the mid 90s, the landlord had one with a hopped up 225. I've always wondered what happened to it so I tend to watch these threads. Please keep us posted, you've got a fan here.
