I'm building a 440 for a 72 dart swinger. Was seeing what everyone's opinion was on oil pan brand and oil pumps. Read good things about milodon and melling oil pumps. Not heard much about moroso oil pans and other brands.

I'm actually thinking about putting the roof on the 72 car seeing its in better shape near quarter panel joints. Original plan was to fix up 70 but it has dents and bends on almost every panel. What killed the idea was the driver side door jam is pushed in pretty hard. The 72 is a straight body...

Hi there I recently picked up this 76 cast date 440 engine. I'm trying to figure out if it was a truck or motor home engine I do have the heads if those help I.d. it. Also any other advise or specs for it are welcome gonna be putting it in a 72 dart swinger.
