In my opinion, your easiest way to do everything is to install the speaker bracket underneath the dash where the original speaker went. I put 3.5" speakers in but some 4" speakers will work also. I also put in the 4x6 kick panel speakers. That coupled with the 6x9s in the back sounds awesome...

I would definitely keep the old school radio in place and put a new CD player with an auxillory plug either underneath the dash or in the glove box. I just like the original look in the cars!

Is it just the 2 bolts in the braket at the back of the radio on the passenger side that hold it in?

This might sound kind of crazy but can you remove the radio components behind the dash but still keep the front bezel? I was wondering because the radio components are so bulky behind the dash. Also, I still want to keep the stock look by keeping the front bezel on. Is this possible? Thanks

Hello all...I am wanting to put carpet in the trunk of my Duster. What is a good way to make a template so that I can use it to base the cuts of the carpet off of??? Thanks for any input. I'm pretty good at doing my engine work and everything else, but carpet freaks me out...lol
