Glad to hear there are some new mopars showing up, I last visited the good guys show was about 6 or 7 years ago and the show always seemed to be a Chevy and Ford thing with a rare mopar here and there.

Pre-1976 motor vehicles would remain exempt under A.B. 859. Am I overlooking something here? Most of the classic cars wouldn't even be effected by this bill.

Just wanted to hear from the local mopar people on here, San Jose or south bay in general lets hear ya!

Hey at least you have your mopar to drive down there. Id like to go but it would be kind of embarrassing to cruise down in my Corolla.

Well I was hoping for paint and body work to be done for under 3 grand. The body is essentially solid with only a few PINHOLE sized rust bubbles under the fenders. No rot or real dents anywhere else. I am hoping this bad economy gives me some negotiating room with these guys.

Any recommendations on where to get my rollcage and subframe connectors installed? I am looking into maybe Goodies Speed Shop (formerly Speed Merchant) or maybe Magnum Force. I know magnum force specializes in mopars which may be a plus but I am not sure if there are any other smaller places...

I might have him set me up with a transmission so I wanted to get some feedback here from others who have done business with him. He posts adds on craigslist for his services from time to time. GTXperience told me hes a legit guy which is good but I would like to get some more feedback here on...

Man I was there at 6:00 and stayed till 6:30 or so waiting for everybody to show up. Saw no mopars and got discouraged and figured everybody flaked. What time did you get there GTX? cause I kept an eye out for a white Dodge Ram.

Well last couple of times I would guess the cars were there around 5-6ish but I don't know how much earlier they were there. Yeah getting some food sounds good too. Ive gotten food from there before and its not bad.

Are you refering to me? If so yes but I wont be able to bring my car as its got fried wiring under the hood and is awaiting some work.

Yeah I am down, btw tonight was quite busy there, mostly old hotrods and a few chevy's but still more cars than the past few times.

Well I do think it was more than just one Thursday. I bought some crickets from the little pet store right behind there a week or two before that and saw maybe 3 or 4 classic cars out front and thought... hmm maybe some guys are just stopping in there for old times sake or what not\ and didnt...

By the way.. I was driving by the other day and noticed some classic cars and trucks out there, old Fords and Chevy's it looked like. Its now a Greek restaurant but the cars seem to be coming back. Anybody want to head down there on a Thursday night?
