the part number is 1-p5249060(mopar performance brand)and i purchased it from summit,i cannot upload a pic at the time but will asap,the application is for an LA360,it definitely fits the engine,just not so sure about the car

i got my 360 oil pan the other day and found that they sent the wrong one(ordered center sump and they sent rear sump) i was wondering if the rear sump would clear my steering linkage in my 74' duster or if i could modify the steering to make it fit to save the hassle of sending it back and...

i have a friend that had a similar situation when he first put in his 360,he looked under the car to find out that the old starter gear was misaligned somehow(the gear slides back and forward)and until he got a new starter,when his car would do this,he would reach under the car and manually...

thanks for the help,i have the performer intake,cam,and 600cfm carb on the 318 and i just want to use this setup temporarily while i build the 360,would it run better with the stock 318 heads and the 4 bbl intake/carb?

I was planning to put some stock 360 heads on my 318 and was wondering what was involved with it,can i just put the 360 heads on as if i were putting another set of 318 heads? Can i use the 318 head gaskets?Any fabrication needed? I'd like as much info as possible,thanks for any help :thumblef:

thanks for the help,i already have the diagram,but was just wondering if there was an easier way and if having an auto or stick would affect how the flywheel is balanced(sry if thats a newbie question),but are you saying that the best way to do it would be to use the 130 tooth 318 flywheel and...

will it not matter whether the trans is auto or manual? how many teeth would you guys recommend,ive seen them labeled as 130 and 143 and how will that affect it?

i have a buddy with a 73' roadrunner who is making a 318-360 swap and is having trouble finding a flywheel for a manual,are the auto and manual balanced the same?have same number of teeth? ive heard of holes being made in the 318 flywheel to balance it correctly to the 360 but im not sure ,id...
