Thanks for the great info! My dodge dart has a circuit board with twist in bulb holders, with out any screw. Do you think soldering a ground wire next to each bulb would do the trick or am I asking for problems by screwing up the bvoard?

everything worked perfect before removing to replace wiper seals and gaskets.before replacing i plugged in switch(instrument cluster is now out for detailing) to try........motor runs constantly on only one speed and will not park. bad switch....bad motor...bad ground(does switch need to be...
