I've used wire dryer. It's a spray to remove moisture from wiring such as spark plug wires that we exposed to moisture. Works really good. Jayson

I think you need more cam and stall to get your time down but rear suspension is important also like getting a pinion snubber. Jayson

You might want to put it on a chassis dyno and see what your air fuel ratio is thru the entire power band. This would verify what horsepower you're putting to the ground and see if it adds up somewhere. Like everyone else said my car also runs mid 11's and it might be in the 450 to 500 hp range...
