I find em in a small patch of woods on the property for years. You got to sneak up on them! My go to dish is some steak or ground sirloin patties, I toss the shrooms in the steak drippings in a cast iron skillet, make a gravy, and some mashed taters.

I don’t know a whole lot about the problems Ca has, but property taxes look lower than what we pay, granted properties are significantly higher. Income taxes look higher though. If you had a vacation home there, and put it on Airbnb when not there, it could be lucrative.

Other then freshening up about 5 years ago, the Sixpack setup I bought new about 14 years ago has been flawless. A needle and seat issue on the rear carb, is about it.
