Idk they ran 13s when new, that’s what mine ran mid 13s stock. Ran 11s stock pocket ported heads, stock block, stock crank, and stock rods, probably run high 10s in my Dart or any decent A body. I’d say that’s pretty good.

Never had a set of heads I didn’t do something to. Challenger went 13.50-13.60 with stock heads stock valves hp manifolds 440 six pack e body. Only did some bowl work 452 heads no port matching, 2.18 1.88 valves, 11.90 headers, same gear, fresh engine. Dart had several holes on the intake ports...

The last several builds I’ve used Lunati cams and lifters and timing chains with no issues at all. Knocking on wood. My personal and latest venture is a mess of Rollmaster, and comp cams, and Bullit, and Trend, Mopar perf.. No Lunati hmm

I had one of these comp cam roller lifters hemorrhaging oil. When the intake lobe was around max lift. Well gonna have to block the passages, tube the other side. Nice try as these lifters are the solid bodied, no oil bands version. Hmm I’m gonna swap this lifter to another spot. It was fine...

I’ve had good luck with Lunati voodoo cams, a lot of duration at .050 short overall in most street applications. My wife’s runs 11s it’s a summer daily driver. A custom ground cam is almost always the best option with a trusted friend grinder.
