If the foot pump was ruptured wouldn't it leak water on the carpet or leak under the car from the hoses? I did try to pump it with my hand and yes it never seems to pull water from the tank. It could be the hoses but you would think they would leak somewhere especially when pumping .

Take it to kregan, they will test the alternator, load test the battery and tell you how many cold cranking amps the battery is putting out. That way you will know what it is doing before you change anything. Good luck

You can see the signal flasher on the side I have the whole ash tray assembly with the signal flasher on it.

I tried that. I adjusted it a couple of times ,loosen the shaft that comes down from the column , tried to put the trans in park by hand . tried starting in nuetral ,tried park, tried holding the shift up hard . No luck !
